As Your Post Natal Doula
Our first meeting is FREE..
This is a chance to find out more about how a post natal doula can help once baby arrives..
Chemistry is a huge part of a mummy doula relationship so this is a great opportunity to see if we are a good fit.
I am happy to work alongside or take over from a birth doula, or as part of a team of post natal doulas.
If there is time (Babies can often decide to show up early!) we can organise a pre birth meeting to discuss a
flexible Post Partum Plan, as well as chatting over;
- how I can best help you and your family create your ideal space to heal, bond and recover.
- It is also a useful time to familiarise myself with the home
Nothing is set in stone and it is important for all tentative plans and timings to be kept fluid to suit Mummas needs each day.
After the birth, we can discuss events in as much detail as Mumma wishes.
Among other things, a doula can listen as Mumma processes and reflects..
I love cooking healthy and gluten, dairy, refined sugar free and vegan foods that can be frozen.
I am trained in Bone Closing Massage and I am also a baby Wearing peer supporter. I have also done courses in post natal mental health and understanding new borns. I am due to train in the Rewind Technique (in June 2019)
