Welcome to The Mother Space, Guildford!
Whether you are late on in your pregnancy or have just had a baby, this is a space especially for you!
As life changes with babies around, it can sometimes feel like you are in a fog and the rollercoaster of joy and euphoria, loneliness and overwhelm can be draining and confusing, but you are not alone.
The Mother Space is a supported free space for you, where you can bring your babies, download how you are feeling, connect with other mums in a similar position and enjoy a full (and hot!) cup of tea and a piece of cake!
There is no judgment, pressure or comparison, just a cosy room where you can rest and relax.
The location for the monthly meetings is in Puttenham, just outside Guildford.
Pj’s and tracksuits, plus no make up are all welcome!
“I’ve never heard of a ‘space’ that is just for the mum and that’s not a babygroup where it’s often competitive chat about what the babies are doing. It’s refreshing to be in a safe place where you can be open and honest with how you really feel as a mother ‘the ups and downs’ and not feel judged by anyone there.
Sam has welcomed us into her cosy home which feels a home away from home with beautiful candles, blankets, cushions and homemade treats.
We’ve meditated, laughed, cried, listened, shared, comforted and been creative. It has given me more than I thought it would including some wonderful friendships.”
